Being prescribed benzos and amphetamines I would like to know what is the least harmful. ;) I think Dexedrine is the least harmful stimulant, and as for benzos, I don't know. :( Valium or Klonopin seem like they would be the least harmful since they have a long half life and redosing isn't really manic. I am also wondering about the classes of drugs, SSRIs seem like they are harmful, and are inefficient, opiates I am also interested in, it seems extremely safe except easier to overdose, as is the case with barbiturates.

Assuming that someone may get habituated to these drugs, but not addicted, what would be the least harmful in terms of:

Class:
Specific drug in class:
Dosage:
Side effects:

Also if you have a drug that worked wonders for you but isn't really fitting please feel free to put it in as well. Atarax and Propranolol seem like they would be good for anxiety, Selegiline for depression, never had any of these but I would love to switch off my benzos, for these significantly less harmful drugs.
