Least evaporable solvent?

What sort of solvent could be used in making a vial that would be least likely to evaporate?

Water, oils, PEG...it really shouldn't matter if your vial is airtight though.

If its water soluble that would probably be the way to go it will evaporate much slower then ethanol and thing of the matter. that's what id do personally.

Really? I was always under the impression that water evaporated much quicker than alcohol or any other solvents

No i just double checked and alcohol does in fact evaporate faster then water.
