laying liquid on blotter

can someone please advise whether a 3ml needle would be good for laying drops of liquid onto blotter or not?

when we tested with ehrlich to verify it was good we just put a drop on some plane thicker white paper. however you could see that the size of the drop etc was much larger than a blotter square so basically the doses would then be uneven and you would be in for an unexpected stronger trips outta nowhere or a substantially weaker one.

i figured if you had a smaller tip like a needle/syringe it would make for dropping 1-2 small drops that would absorb properly on the size of the blotter.

If anyone can chime in on advice here it would be much appreciated the sooner the better! Thanks.

That is not how blotter is laid. PLEASE do not attempt to do this, it could lead to some dangerous overdoses. Its preferable to have someone who has done this before teach you IN PERSON. Chances are, if you have to resort to internet forums for this, its something you shouldnt be toying around with in the first place. I've seen these threads before and the mods always close them. As this information can be used to aid someone in commercial distribution of illicit substances, i dont really think the topic is appropriate for this board. I remember seeing a fairly detailed description on how to lay blotter over at the shroomery, you may want do search the forums over there if you are determined to put your drugs on blotter.

thats ridiculous im simply trying to safely put it on squares rather than just drop it on and hopef or the best --
regardless after applying the liquid to the blotter I'm sending it out for gc/ms testing to get them tested etc.

I read that candy would work too however was told that could contaminate and wouldn't be good for longer storage etc.

I would drop it on sugar cubes if i were you. It wont be possible to achieve even distribution using the method you mentioned. Why do you need to put it on something for storage anyway? Cant you just keep it somewhere cool and dark and dose it as needed?

what is the shelf life of putting them on sugar cubes? and storing them? i would think not very long at all -- blotter stays good for years and years -

dogda is referring to the fact that blotter isn't laid drop by drop.. the whole sheet is dipped in a solution so that it will be evenly distributed throughout. this involves some math and processes that i don't really understand myself as i have never laid blotter.

I don't think there is reason to think that LSD will degrade significantly on sugar cubes, just protect it from any and all moisture, heat, light and air and first let it dry well before packing and storing / refrigerating.

As is said, putting drops on blotter squares will not work properly that way ^^. If the liquid spills over like you said getting quantitive analysis is pointless but purity analysis is a possibility. Just rip off the square first before applying liquid and set it out to dry before storing and protecting. That way no other squares are inadvertently dosed. I wouldn't use sugar cubes for quality analysis because the sugar becomes an impurity.

Just don't use the above method to dose hits to take yourself because you are either losing product making it unclear how strong your blotters are, or you are spilling the liquid over to other squares which poses similar problems. Keep the liquid as liquid storage or if you must put it on carrier on sugarcubes. I strongly suggest you dose an inert carrier like a sugar cube or piece of candy shortly before you want to trip. (then use anything that will either absorb a drop of liquid or will allow a drop to sit on it until it dries, although I don't see why you cannot just dose your hand and lick it if you are careful and wipe it if you happen to spill.)

seems the most rational way is to split the blotters into like single pieces or even double then put one drop or two drops dpending on the selection picked and then let the tabs absorb the liquid in a glass dish would be the best then to avoid it.

do you have any good recommendations or any recommendations after soaking them to dry? or will leaving them in the dish with a fan over it after absorption seems complete work fine?

It's so very little liquid that it should evaporate within a very short while and a fan shouldn't even be necessary.

Also for anyone reading this who ever works with fan-drying: you can set the fans at minimum speed because the only thing to achieve is an airflow that refreshes the air. Don't confuse this with fan-cooling such as in computers or what people use in the summertime. With cooling a big flow rate is indeed helpful.

If you set a couple of blotters (like 2-4 squares hanging together) to dry, fold them over the crevice and put it on its side to avoid LSD drying onto the surface below or something like that. Really though it shouldn't matter much at all and whatever you do it will be dry very quickly.
Preferably don't let the stuff sit out in your room for a day pointlessly. When you see it is absolutely dry, you can give it a little extra time but overdoing it will only expose your acid to the elements.
