i answered this in the 'triazolam' thread but felt my own thread my hopefully generate more answers due part to the fact taht i feel a little like i half highjacked tyhe other guys 'triazolam' thread.sorry

lorazepam better for sleep? i must give this a try as i have plenty.

i always considered lorazepam to be a very good for anxiety type benzo with very little physical noticeable effects (ie yuou can get on with day to day things without the real world noticing) and also ive in the past fouind it personally not ver sedating.

maybe tonights the night.

also ingested some HK Allam xanax 10mg and some rerstoril temazepam 30mg capules x 5 (although i find these underdosed) but that was around 15-20 mins ago so we'll keep you posted.

i may roll a joint soon as im expecting to be hitting the 80mg oxycontin very soon.

but im unsure which bnenzo is best suited,any ideas?

i have diazepam,alprazolam (although 10mgs alprazolam is about as much as i want this evening) clonazepam 2mgs,lorazepam 2mgs,nimetazepam 3mgs,temazepam 30 mgs and also some nitrazepam 5mgs.

all suggestions welcomed,thanks

You mean that you took 10mg Alpazolam right? I ask because Alprazolam doesn't come in 10mg tablets. The highest dose that it comes in is 2mg instant release and 3mg Xanax XR.

As for Lorazepam, its better for anxiety than Halcion, as Triazolam is pretty ineffective for anxiety but its more effective than Lorazepam for sleep IMO. Triazolam is pretty much only good for sleep due to its incredibly short half-life (very short duration) and it knocks you out pretty good so staying awake on its pretty hard. Its quite hypnotic. Not great for anxiety.
