Last movie you watched?

I watched Sense and Sensibility yesterday. Totally girly, but a fantastic adaptation.

To make up for it, I started watching Road House. I only made it through 40 minutes. :(

the illusionist.
what a dissapointment. 8(

spoiler:

it was so predictable, you saw everything coming, and yet at the end they act like it was all a mystery. total joke. i thought this was the magician movie with christian bale :| picked the wrong movie.

currently watching miami vice. it is too bad to wait till the end to share my dissapointment.

who the hell thought that hairdo was a good idea?

children of men. i am too lazy to type out an actual review in the thread, but it was a really good movie.

There can be no understanding between the hand and the brain unless the heart acts as mediator.

Why We Fight.

All im goint to say about this is, even though most of everything said besides the personal stories I knew but, I still cant belive I actually went to sleep after watching living in the US.

dogville
interesting concept. nice story. it's amazing how bjork like nicole was.

i saw idocracy the other day and laughed my ass off....one of those very stupid, but very funny movies. as long as you don't take it too seriously, it is a good time.

The Unknown

Has Barry Pepper, Greg Kinnear, Jim Caviezel and some others in it. Not too bad. Good premise. Ending was pretty good too.

i fucking LOVE falling down! (but don't own it). I tried to rent it the other month and ended up having to call up about 7 or 8 dvd stores and was genuinely shocked that nobody had it ... wtf???
did find a place that i could order it and purchase it ... but i don't like to buy cd's and dvd's in australia ... because so little of the money goes to those truly responsible for the experience ... i'd rather burn it and bpay the artist 10 bucks. the other greedy cunts can fuck off in my opinion ... even if it means i don't get to watch the movies/listen to the music.

last movie i watched was on a plane and it was 'The Black Dahlia' with Josh Hartnett and Scarlett Johansson... was a good movie, but not mind-blowing. i think josh hartnett has done well to make the transition from girlie magazine pin-up boy to somebody getting genuinely quality roles. i like him. really dont get what the fuss is about with scarlett johansson though as i dont consider her to be a very unique or outstanding actress, but id fuck the shit out of her nonetheless if given the opportunity.

Melvin Goes to Dinner. Directed by Bob Odenkirk.

This was my second viewing, the first being some years ago. This time I wasn't nearly as amused as the first. Not sure why that is, but I found myself more bored than anything else not to mention I couldn't figure out why I needed to care about the characters. There are a few choice cameos, but other than that. Meh.

the inside man

i enjoyed it thoroughly. while at the end, i was wondering why i didn't easily figure out what was going to happen...i think many of you would find it predictable. but it was still great.....clive owen is just fabulous. i wasn't crazy about denzel washington in this one.

american history x.

i made my roommate watch it and she cried. i told her it was the best movies ever made...in my opinion.

last movie i watched (wasted money on) in the theater was primeval. big mistake.
