Last movie you watched?

JFK director's cut (as in the oliver stone box set)
it seems that this directors cut is longer than the previous one i owned.

still a spectacular production of jaw dropping complexity

The Doors is one of my all time faves....I love the subtle psychedelics thrown in there as well.
Me too, and I'm not really into psychedelics, LOL. Shows the genuine power of the film. It does make tripping look attractive!
Val Kilmer was unbelievable portraying Morrison.....fantastic! Ive seen it probably 100 times, 1/2 the times I was on LSD, lol. :-)
I agree... once for me, but I'm now officially working on viewing #100... will get there eventually :).

tribalgirl....i loooove Big (",)

I saw this last night again after not seeing it for many years...

As usual, I cried and felt a tugging at my heartstrings for a good couple of hours than slept like a baby right after. I love this movie ^_^

O me! O life!... of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless... of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life?" Answer. That you are here - that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. That the powerful play *goes on* and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?

i saw "havoc" last night. it's really bad, honestly. but i liked it because of bijou.

^ that movie is awful, and the fact that it is still respected is evidence of a mass conspiracy

Are you kidding me? 300 was fucking awesome.

You know, the people that don't like it are usually the people that went in expecting to see another Gladiator.

Hot Fuzz

Having been told by all & sundry that it was inferior to Shaun Of The Dead I wasn't expecting much, but I really enjoyed it, & thought that it was at least its equal. Quintessentially British too.

Babel

It had a neat look. Parts of it felt overdone, so I wish I had seen it before it got hyped so much. Still, pretty good.

BLACK SNAKE MOAN.....

Hmmm....I cant find the words really. Loved the music, though.

oh i forgot about that one, i really want to see it, thanks for the reminder!

i saw, accidentally, the man in the iron mask. oh. my. god. how can so many great actors put together such a joke of a movie? so cliche, "you are my son" so trite, so damn silly.
