of course I LOVED IT. :) :) :)

The humor and the acting kept me thrilled the entire time.

omg i luv this movie!! i used to own a copy way back in the day, but it mysteriously disappeared :( i've actually rented it since it went missing...that's how much i luv it =D maybe i should just buy a copy...

Mambo Kings on HBO.

Holy shit, what a wonderful movie this was....so awesome and definitely underrated.
Armand Assante was SOOO good in this role, and Antonio Banderas as well, considering this was his first english speaking role. Desi Arnaz Jr.'s cameo role as his famous dad in the I Love Lucy show was fantastic.
I felt so satisfied after watching this =D Can I just reiterate how HOT the cuban accent is when spoken by these two gorgeous brothers?

Crash (2004)

Very, very interesting film. Difficult to say what it's about really, just a day in the life of random people and how their decisions effect others. A morality tale in places, a little predictable occasionally, but well worth a watch.

Lord of War
On the cover is "Two thumbs WAY up". I'll give it a thumbs up but not "WAY" up. Good movie, I'd watch it again but there was a little divergence from the main vein that didn't need to be there. I would have cut about 15 minutes from the film and then it would have been perfect.

National Treasure
It's Goonies for adults, without "Chunk". Entertaining but I still like Goonies better.

Stepford Wives. Omg.....i loved it. If I had a choice I wouldnt wanna be (nor would I want to be married to!) a buxom blonde "bombshell" perfect wife...how utterly boring.

Great movie. My 9 year old likes to quote it on occasion.

When his friends try to brag about something he says "well hellloooo mr fancy pants"

Last movie I watched was sisterhood of the traveling pants. It really bites.

Raging Bull
"Raging Bull" isn't the average, stereotypical underdog boxing movie....it's now my favorite boxing movie of all time. As usual Scorcese and de Niro deliver flawlessly....and who would've known cathy moriarty was sooooo pretty back in the day?

David Cronenberg's A History Of Violence.

I'm gonna have to have a good think about this one, because it's left quite an impact on me.

4 brothers - what a fucking waste of my time. John Singleton is a total moron. He tries to glamorize black gangsterism the way scorsese glorified the mafia - but falls dead short. The problem is there's nothing smart about ghetto gangsterism to begin with. So just stop that shit already John. Stop.

Also those 2 respected movie critic idiots who give the "thumbs up" to movies have lost every last drop of credibility for me. The last 4 "2 thumbs up" movies I've watched have been comparative garbage. They can put those thumbs up their ass and spin on 'em.

Lilja 4-ever
It was pretty boring since i don't speak russian and didn't have subtitles, and I still watched the whole thing. None the less it was very sad, good movie, probably better if you understand what they're saying.

last movie i saw was 'the weatherman'

I liked it, surprisingly. I haven't liked nicholas cage in quite some time. I'm going to give it another watch before I decide fully. ;)
