Last movie you watched?

The Amityville Horror (2005)
FINALLY! A good remake! We've been awash in so many shitty remakes lately I thought the deluge would never end. But this one, on many levels is even better then the original. Scary. Good acting. Solid. The extra's on the DVD are highly complimentary to the film and delve a little into the true story behind it. I recommend watching the extra's first(besides the deleted scenes) happy new year.

Tommy DeVito: He said, "No, you're gonna tell me something today, tough guy." I said, "All right, I'll tell you something: go fuck your mother."

is this not the greatest film ever fucking made ?!
Yeah it's #4 in my top ten list. I don't understand people that don't like this film.

It's Joe Pesci actually.

Sin City, top film.

Ditto on Amityville Horror and Goodfellas! I have yet to catch Sin City tho..I'm sure I'll love it.
Just saw HILLARY AND JACKIE : it tells the true story of the famed musical sisters Hillary and Jacqueline DuPré as recorded by Hillary in her book "A Genius in the Family".

I cried as usual. :p

Suicide Girls The First Tour, was on cable last night i, figure ya can't go wrong with naked chicks right ? wrong, film was extremely boring, and repetitive, chick rambles about why she is "different", footage of em during a photo shoot, and footage of them performing live on stage, ya get scenes of em actin a fool in public which they seem to love to do, but you don't get any other perspective like that of the fans that go to these shows, i personally have been to a live burlesque show by suicidegirls at the knitting factory in hollywood, ca and found it rather boring, being intoxicated helps tremendously. ill admit though the whole "emo/goth" whatever you wanna call it scene is not my bag, im sure the emo n' goth heads will disagree with my review.

Just got done watching Traffic AGAIN. Still a great movie, favorite quote:
"Who was on the phone?"
"Oh that was Arnie. He won't be able to make it to the barbeque."

Yup, I had the same sentiments.

i watched some like it hot last night. it really is a classic. i laughed quite a bit in the scene where he's pretending to be this millionaire play boy inorder to woo daphne but doesn't know how to drive the boat, so asks her if she wouldn't mind if they drove backwards to his yacht as the gear stick appears to be stuck in reverse. t'was gold!

dumbo.jpg

Watching Dumbo right now on Disney channel. It's SOOOO one of my earliest favorite cartoons . I remember seeing this a hundred times on betamax when I was 5 years old! Watching it now brings back so many memories....it's such a good cartoon (I love Pink Elephants on parade! ) Makes me cry too :(

40 days and 40 nights - oooh josh hartnett is rather hot in this movie, and altho i was wasted and didnt follow most of it there were some head-trip scenes wiv hot josh flying over a sea of breasts and that
3/5 id give it maybe, im not usually a romantic comedy type but i was drunk and peaking on eacstasy wen we were choosing movies so i wasnt exactly in the frame of mind 2 care

Naked Lunch - for the 30th time or so. Must_escape_reality_tonight. Read the book before the movie, and don't expect the movie to reflect the book. Suspend your belief in rationality.

I watched City of God last night. I thought it was excellent.
