Last movie you watched?

i was forced to go see narnia, which was way too long, and nowhere near as gory as a battle scene should be..(yes, i realize it is a disney film, but come on)..

i really wanna see the johnny cash movie, though.

Traffic. A favorite old classic.

The Island
I actually thought it was a really good movie. Not to be confused with a really great movie. It took Logans Run,THX-1138, and The Matrix and fused them into a very nice action/sci-fi movie. I recommend it. It's on par with I, Robot except without the Will Smith syndrome effect.

Gattaca
Great movie, I've seen it a few times, and I must be stupid because I just now noticed that "Gattaca", the advanced institution for astronauts where the film takes place, is actually a genetic sequence, which is what the movie is about:

Adenine (A)
Guanine (G)
Cytosine (C)
Thymine (T)

G A T T A C A

I thought Osama was pretty good ***/****.... I watched it on Showtime, so if you have that channel check it out before you spend your money. However, since I did view it on Showtime I missed about a 1/3 of the beginning. I have a feeling I missed some important points. :)

Tommy DeVito: He said, "No, you're gonna tell me something today, tough guy." I said, "All right, I'll tell you something: go fuck your mother."

is this not the greatest film ever fucking made ?!

(unvoluntarily) saw the new Harry Potter yesterday. watching the new War of the Worlds today.

Love, Liza
Great unique movie. The screenwriting and photography and direction came together brilliantly on this one. Riveting.

"Harvey"... last nite on tv, certifiable classic, hadnt seen it for a good 10 years, it gets better with each viewing, ordered the dvd today. so i wont have to wait another 10 years to see it.

Plot Outline: Elwood P. Dowd (James Stewart) is a mild-mannered, pleasant man, who just happens (he says) to have an invisible friend resembling a 6-foot rabbit

I really liked this movie.

The most recent flick I watched was that cheesy new made-for-TV Dune movie that came in three installments of 2 hour parts. More true to the novels than Lynch's version, but I still felt sort of "meh" on the whole thing. Glad I rented it through netflix.

I saw Rumor Has It, which simply reconfirmed to me that Jennifer Aniston has no acting talent whatsoever, just a nice rack and skin tone.

madagascar :)

i got it for my boyfriend for christmas because it was the first movie we saw together. i love quality kids' movies :)
