Hi all, I?ve got a question about the interaction between ketamine and a medication I?m on. I was prescribed lamotragine (lamictal) four days ago for depression/anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I am not using it to control mania but rather as a more general mood stabilizer. I?ve heard very good things about ketamine for treating depression and have experienced some remission from it when I used it in the past. My question is, how long would I need to be off the lamictal to achieve full effects from the ketamine. I intend on dosing some in around 5 days once I receive my package. Given that I?ve only been on lamictal four days I?m not concerned about withdrawal issues from that. Would 5 days be enough? Appreciate any info.
