This looks like a great website/forum.
Medicine, drugs, and harm-reduction are all fascinating. I am pretty much drug-free at this time in my life. I occasionally will have a drink in social situations, and have an off-and-on relationship with coffee. I have experience with a number of substances, and happen to be at a time in my life where I abstain for physical health and mental clarity reasons.
