Here's a good and easy approach to the cleanliness issue if you don't want to deal with an enema. The girl has to know her body. She will be the one who decides when the timing is good. Good timing means that her last trip to the bathroom was nice and healthy, everything coming out like it's supposed to. After that, you have a 4 hour window where you can do anal.
