I honestly can say I don't. Tried it once and will never do it again.
Some of my friends do though.
My best friend brought it up randomly to his g/f and this brought on a deeper conversation on the topic....seemed to work being honest and knowing her opinion instead of just dropping it on her during a sac session.
Seems like doing that would cause some women to feel confused or uneasy and less likely to consider OR feel more pressured to do it even though they don't want to.

i have done it..can't say it my favorite way to go about things though.u got to be be gentle maybe start of by putting a finger or 2 up there just to get her used to the feeling of having something in there.and use lots of lube.

^^Nah. No harm can come of this. She is the one who will have to deal with the anal leakage. If she asked you to come, then she must be okay with that.
