Ladies -- a question about washing.

i use dial as well (the regular gold bar), even though it is recommended to use unscented soaps that are not antibacterial or antimicrobial. if it isn't a problem for your body, there's no reason to switch things up.

word hahaha. Sometimes I also use my regular soap there before I use my pH wash. I just wanna feel squeaky clean and it sure hasnt caused me any problems. :)
I cant imagine just using water. ugh.
 
One gynaecologist I went to recommended using baby oil instead of just water... I'd recommend the Lactacyd Femina or any similar soap-free wash with lactic acid, and this is coming from someone who gets itchy just glancing at a regular wash (pH balanced or not), but if not, try the baby oil. I didn't like that method much, but it cleans better than just water.
