Lack of sleep, feel like a pile of SHIT

Okay here's the deal. Last night at about 7:30pm I took some Adderall, and it kept me up until around 4:30am, at which time I fell asleep for about an hour. I woke up at 5:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. Seeing as it is now 7:00am, and there's no point in going back to sleep, I need some advice on how to, um, NOT feel like a big bag of brown shit all day. I might be able to get a hold of more Addy's but until then, I need some tips on things that will make me feel a little better, however small the difference.

And please don't say "go back to sleep dude," because I've tried that and it's impossible.
I already know about coffee lol, but are there any other ways to make myself feel better so that I can actually function today with just one hour of sleep?

Maybe this is a dead-end question, and I'm looking for something that just isn't there. If that is the case, just tell me I'm a fucking idiot and I'll crawl back in the hole I came from.
But until then, please give me some way of feeling a little better. Seriously, I'm aching all over and my body is so weary and exhausted..ugh this is hell.

Let this be a lesson to all you out there that use speed:
NEVER use amps after 5:00pm unless you have benzos or opies or alcohol or SOMETHING to put your ass to sleep. (Which, btw, I don't have, so please don't recommend these or other drugs..)

well seeing as you'll undoubtably not want to eat due to its high stimulant nature, drink a lot of liquid. if you can't handle water, drink hot chocolate or something. force yourself to eat some food that's easy to digest (apples, grapes, and fruit, really sweet yogurt, stuff with lots of sugar, etc. is pretty much the only thing i can stomach.) one of the reasons you feel like shit - the main reason for me, i found out - when you're doing speed is because you don't eat - even if you feel like you don't want to.
if you're feeling nauseous take some antihistamines, benadryl or gravol, those might relax you a bit too. if you can get your hands on some opiates, that would work wonders.

i found after having many sleepless nights using speed and methamphetamine that 3 or 4 V drinks during the day will normaly keep me feeling okay other than that coffee and thats about all you can do. your not going too get back too sleep so what you do is rest your eyes close them and lay thier that will make you feel a little bit better, thats really all i can help you with sorry dude...
 
Drink 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of orange juice and pop 2 one a day vitamins(there really easy to find just go to your local drugstore or food market). you'll feel way better with all the nutrients in you. This is what i did when i was popping adderall like candy, and dropping meth bombs worked like a charm.
 
I feel exactly like you do OP....I worked 12 hours yesterday as our country club hosted a MASSIVE 4th of July party.....and I had to be back this morning 6 hours after getting off. Pile of shite indeed :)
 
Pretty much like what was said. Definitely take some multi-vitamins and maybe try eating kinda healthy today(if you don't). If you find it kind of hard to eat then drink a protein shake(if you have one). IMO they are easier to get down when you can't really eat, and of course stay hydrated. Lastly you can, attempt to try some power naps towards the afternoon'ish. Yeah I know you're not gonna get proper REM sleep but a little shut down time has always made me feel better.
 
i dont think its the lack of sleep that makes someone feel like shit, unless its days at a time. But when coming down off of an amphetamine, the body undergoes some kind of detox, and thats what the shitty feelin is i belive
