Splatt: BZP looks to be prohibited (at least in SA) - http://www.parliament.sa.gov.au/Catalog/legislation/Regulations/C/2000.199.htm . It is legal in NZ though (they're trying to reduce harm from meth addiction problem) (trying to find link...)Splatt said:Certainly not encouraging RC use here. But BZP is classed as a stimulant, and I'm pretty sure it's still legal here and not an analogue of banned drugs? (tell me if im wrong..)
From Erowid http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/bzp/bzp_law.shtml :
Australia
BZP is now on Australia's strictest schedule. Mandatory jail sentences accompany convictions for possessions of substances in this class without appropriate licenses. (thanks to GP)
New Zealand
BZP sales restricted by age of purchaser, NZ's Health Department is experimenting with a novel status for the stimulant BZP as a way to combat methamphetamine addiction and prevalence at dance parties.
