L-Tyrosine during Adderall breaks?

I take prescribed Adderall 4-5 times a week. Would L-Tyrosine effectively replenish the dopamine if taken on the non-Adderall days?

If anyone has experience with Tyrosine, please share, even if you are not taking stimulants.
Also, any other suggestions to help keep my brain healthy would be great.

I'm guessing it could, as would Levo-Dopa. I'm not an expert with stimulants though so wait for other replies

Yes, even as a matter of fact, it will.

I used to take adderal and it will help with that shitty w/d feeling you get.

But I heard tyrosine just gives alot of people a fast heart rate and sweats ?

I've used L-Tyrosine while using meth before for the same reason as you. However I didn't notice any change in the effectiveness of the meth or an improvement of symptoms in between either.

L-Tyrosine for me also seems pretty easy to overdo for me, causing really unpleasant anxiety.

Or fish oils might help


Also i wouldn't reccomend taking tyrosine regulary as ur body gets use to it and it will rely on this to make dopamine when your not on the adderall

Someone advised that I could be given adderal as a treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Have you ever heard of it being prescribed for something like that?? Thanks and do do forgive spelling issues..
