Hi!
So I've been prescribed 2 different SSRIs (and still remain on a small daily dose of citalopram). What I've pretty much discovered is, gastrointestinally, I seem to be pretty sensitive to serotonin. Basically I get upset stomach / diarrhea.
I was wondering if L-tryptophan or 5-HTP would produce these same side-effects, seeing as they affect serotonin?
