So I've recently started taking l-theanine for anxiety and focusing more, it works well with a cup of coffee in the morning and i took it with the adderall and it smoothed the negative effects.
I don't take it every day, i alternate. I'm currently not on any anti anxiety medications or anything. I was just wondering what your experiences with l-theanine are, care to enlighten me?
