Would this supplement help increase or maybe even help reduce withdrawals from gabapentin....I was wondering if there was something I could take that would help me reduce my use of gabapentin?

probably not

valerian and kava are herbs more up that alley, but if you're withdrawing you should really do it under doctor supervision; the drug which you speak of can be dangerous to come off of suddenly.

The withdrawal from these drugs is a very ambiguous subject. No one knows how these drugs work exactly, so knowing how the withdrawals work would be an even harder task.

Speaking from experience, as I have withdrawn from gabapentin and pregabalin several times -- cannabis, benzodiazepines, a light opioid such as codeine, are things that can definitely help. If you're looking for supplements, I found magnesium to be a big help since it operates in a similar way that gabapentin is thought to. Gotu kola is another one that I found relieves a lot of the withdrawals.

God good guys thanks. I can say that it is doing something because I have cut my 600 mg pills in half and taken 2 grams of lysin and really don't feel that bad. Thanks guys!

I'm glad that it's working for you :)
