I need to know whether we can go in and out quick... cause if I dress up I'm coming in full clown gear with twisty balloons for everyone... and I'd want to be able to take my balloons and pump back to my car when I got sick of twisting. If not, I'm not dressing up.

Just got back and aside from the problems with the sound in the main room, it was a good party. I had fun anyway. Irene was awsome and Esp Woody McBride was as great as always. It was nice to see some of the old school Indy crew that I hadn't seen in forever. Overall a good night. :)

i had a blast last night....the kids were goin crazy when me and skunkweed was on stage throwing out all them glowsticks and candy..it was deffinately a great party...got to meet alot of new people...i was the red headed one last night...i met a few of u..cant remember your names...and 2 words RONIN SELEKTA!!!....best set of the night....come on come on come on KICK IT :) ..... there was deffinately alotta representing...there was the newburg crew i met, danville, MICHIGAN, the evansville click...there was alotta people...gotta REP YO CITY!! ..but its louisivlle who brings the magic and puts this shit together :) ...so many hotties at this party...one in particular... i <3 short hair... my head hurts from the liquor...and my voice is gone from the screaming...nice to see you LINDZ =D ... great job guys on the party....u get my props ...louisville is back on the map...not that we ever fell off...cause we got it like that. HOLLA ~damoN~

i had a good time, nice kentucky party. I would hava had so much more fun and been happier if the sound didnt SUCK in the main room. I spent maybe an hour total in the main room, and thats prett sad considering the nice lineup that was in there. Just couldnt stand distortion, blown speakers and the like. Wasnt that hard to find so thats a bonus.

Hope another party is thrown there with better/properly ran sound system next time. Wouldnt mind the drive at all, the venue is quite nice.

sorry we didnt get to hang out more lindz :( thanks for the directions at the end, they were great! =D

I know I saw your wife, then! I'm not sure if I saw you, though. I was just wearing black ufos and a white t-shirt, and probably had my girl attached to my arm all night. Black and green hair!
 
=D 8o i had a blast... the tiff between irene and adam x was pretty exciting to watch, irene is cRaZy!.... ronin selecta and tEdDy mC rocked the 2nd stage!!! my favorite by far...everyone was chill as fuck, good vibes -> props 2 nate and the rest of dEeP bLuE - mad groupie <3 :D %)

by the way, whoever stole my 10/6 card out of my top hat is a punk :p bOOOOOO :X

a note to promoters: that shit is a liability!!!! get rid of em...

a very bruised and peeved shiva (who can barely see out of her left eye because of a fucking glowstick)

We all like the glow stick man but me & the wife got hit bye one to wen it broke off this girls string "ouch" got it right in the chest Im glad it was not in the eye or I would be blind !!
 
I had an awesome time. Irene was very ummmm...intense but i expected it. I didn't spend much time in the main room because the sound was off and the highs hurt my ears. It was good seeing everyone again. I look forward to the next party. Props to nate and Deep Blue :)
 
it was nice to see a truss with scanners, something that was needed for awhile. other then that. i believe everyone has already knocked the sound so i'm not going to touch it. nice party besides the minor glitches. i enjoyed myself and people who knew who i was had no problem saying hi, i like that. hmmmmm no real drama except for the obvious so thats a plus. security was definately more respectible this time. as for irene, i must say that i called her set prior, kinda felt like i was in a rock concert. but it's all good everyone had a good time and thats all that matters. props to deep blue, and everyone who came to support and make a great vibe.

I agree with everyone. The sound in the main room sucked. I think I am going to move on to a new venue for future shows. I love the managers of Expo Five, but the sound guy there BLOWS. Sorry it was so terrible in the main room. Besides that, I think things went well. Thank you to everybody who showed up and supported! And don't worry about the sound in the future. We'll have somebody with much more competence handling that.
