The Madison Theater is a visually stunning concert venue that's home of one of the best sounds systems in the Tri-State. Parking:
There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius
of the theater. Behind city hall at 7th & Madison is a 400 car parking
garage, just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large
city owned surface parking lot.

Not only are we hosting the main part of the event at the Madison Theater. We've also contracted one of the best sound/lighting companies in the Tri-State. VAST will be providing 2 rooms of quality sound, lighting, and visuals for the dance studio. In addtion to VAST being a part of the event, we've also contracted Ted at MindPhucked Visuals to do some additional visual stimulation for the evening. Expect nothing less than a FULL color laser as well a few visual screens. We've also setup a free after hours that will be announce at the event with directions.

It's early yet and we've seen Dieselboy in the midwest (Indy) not too long ago. Yes he's always a draw for kids to see but......... oh nevermind I'm just old. :) I'd go to this just for shiggles.
 
yo im hyped for this shit. I too have seen the diesel many of times and i have to say i never feel disappointed after seeing him spin. I missed the last couple of times he was around and im looking forward to some nasty bass. This venue really is dope for anyone that hasnt been before. The madison theater is pretty sweet and right across the street is a 3 story dance studio. Looking forward to seeing both venues going at once, pretty dope idea.

If his set is similar to the one we saw earlier this year in Indy, then it will be very dirty, broken, and bass-heavy.. I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially with the extra sound brought in the venue.
 
So how does it work with the two venues? Do you get wrist bands or something? Then you have to figure out what dj is playing where and what time and at what venue?

An opening act, 7up, and Dieselboy will be performing from 8:00PM - 1:00AM at the Madison. Then we empty out of the venue and go directly across the street to the 3 room dance studio from 1:00AM-5:00AM. Wristbands will be provided to all attendees so there isn't a hassle with the changeover of the venues.
 
hmmmm.........kinda thought it was a both going on at once thing, either way it should b sweet, might be kinda of a cluster fuck trying to get everyone from one place to the other
 
I think I'm going if anyone wants to car pool, follow, whatever. Prob going to stay. . . As far as things going smoothly? ? Two venues of people all over the st back n forth should be interesting. 3 room dance studio gonna be serving or what?

The event starts at the Madison Theater and goes till about 1AM. Directly after Dieselboy is done rocking we will empty out the Madison and move our patrons to the 3 room dance studio directly across the street which will go till 5AM.

So to sum that up...

8PM-1AM - Madison Theather w/ Dieselboy, 7up, and an opening act (w/ booze till close)

1AM-5AM - 3 floor dance studio directly across the street with all of the other performers (no booze being served here sry)

5AM - ??? - After hours will be announced at the event

<3 Lady Bandit <3 She is yummy!!! diesel almost blew my eardrums last time I saw him.... so if u think that is a good thing u should be happy.

We'd like to thank everyone that made Declaration a complete success last Friday. Everything went pretty smooth other than a few instances but nothing I'd consider major. 7up and Dieselboy both played excellent sets and had a great time! I wish I had an opportunity to soak up the vibe a bit but I was truly too busy the entire night.

Big ups to all the performers, sound techs, and peeps that came together and made the night a memorable experience for the EDM community...
