Likely the raw importer for whatever synthetic they are trying to put in the blend either deliberately bulked out their order with phenaz or fucked up further up the chain. Almost all of these pot alternatives use active principles coming out of the same factory... But in any case, the good times for phenaz has been drawing to a close for some time now, ever since you stated being able to buy the shit as gas stations in the US we knew it wouldn't last much longer.
