^indeed. id say next to impossible. i know desomorphine on its own isnt making flesh fall off the bones of ppl using it, considering the chemicals they use are often left over in the final mixture. but one thing to remember, the mexican cartels that traffic in black tar dont make money from ppl who are dead. its in their interest to put out a good enough product to keep users hooked, prices low and supply high for the huge demand. throw in a few really hot bags and word gets out that paco or raoul or whoever has the best tar and that just drives the deman even higher. if they added poorly cooked desomorphine to the tar it wouldnt be good for business. heroin is short acting as it is.
