I just got some kratom in the mail and I need to know the best way to ingest it and also how to measure out grams.back to ingesting it I tried applesauce terribly bitter so any help would be appreciated.

As for measuring, a SCALE would be a good place to start. Using a spoon or something to measure weight isn't very accurate, as it cannot account for density.
As for ingesting it, you could make tea from it, then sweeten the hell out of it, or get some large gel caps and capsule the shit up.
I dunno man, search around, there are a metric-shit-ton of threads about Kratom.

I tried the gel caps and it worked the best its just a pain to swallow 15-25 caps.
