I bought a cheap pan, and a seive. I got 25g of red vein kratom leaves, whats the best wat to do it? weigh out the ammount i want boilit put it through the seive and then drink the tea
?

Making it into tea is the best way in my opinion.

I use to put about 6 grams in pan and mix it with some lemon juice. Apparently the acidity helps get the alkaloids out. I then pour on boiling water then simmer for 15 minutes. After which I'd pour it into a large mug through a sieve and added about 6 heaped teaspoons of sugar. Start drinking while boiling up the next cup

mmmm sounds lovely think i'll make a brew just shortly. I have been taking DHC Everynight for a few weeks will this play a part in mu tolerance? And i'm wanting the sedative-opiate effect not stimulant. And is red vein leaves a good variety, as i have heard these extracts and super kratom mixtures are shit

Not sure about red vein, the supplier I use does not stock that variety. I found maeng da kratom to be the strongest kratom my supplier had.

About DHC, I used kratom to come off a dependance on DHC. Buillding up a tolerance on DHC never stopped me getting smashed off kratom to the point where I could barely hold the mug. However I was drinking £140 a weeks worth of maeng da kratom.

I guess I over did it as I cannot bear to smell kratom now let alone take a sip, I tried this a few days ago and had my stomach chruning. DHC also makes me feel very sick, god knows why but it stops me from going back into a real low point in my life.

I'm Experimenting with Kratom and to try and get off DHC

I believe decent kratom is a good way to get off DHC. It satisfied my mental addiction however it did not do anything to stop the physical pain. I'm guessing you should be alright as you have only been doing it at night for a few weeks.

That's all it's been nights and nights only. I'm not mentally addicted although i question that as last night i went through every DHC packet i had lying around, and at 30mg tabs it works out at 270mg of DHC, after this i'll be unable to obtain anymore. Talking of which i bought N+ today from boots, then went to another chemist and bought boot codeine/paracetamol trouble is there the effervescent ones!! could i still extract the codeine?

Best bet is not go down the codeine or dihydrocodeine route. However if are going to use (cold water extraction) before you end up with stomach, liver and renal damage or worse from ibuprofen and paracetamol. There are lots of posts on CWE however I'll post what I did here.

1. Put some ice in water, I used 50ml for every 20 pills.
2. Crush all the pills into a powder.
3. Put into the water and stir until all the ice is gone.
4. Put into the freezer for 5-10 mins. I never let it freeze over.
5. Put two coffee filters together, wet them, put them into a funnel over a container.
6. Pour the mixture in and patiently wait.
7. Drink the results.

N+ is not good for CWE, it takes for ever to go through. Paramol by it self takes a while to but mixed with other pills it is quick. I used a mix of cuprofen plus (200mg ibuprofen/12.8mg codeine), solpadeine max (500mg paracetamol/12.8mg codeine) and paramol (500mg paracetamol/7.46mg dihydrocodeine). Cuprofen plus seems to have some kind of wrapper on it which you can pick out of the crushed pills.

Again it is best to stick with kratom rather than go down a route that sees you on a course of suboxone.
