So after an incident this last week were I shamelessly stole some percs from a friend I decided to give this stuff a rest for a while and gain some perspective.

I have been taking Kratom daily for over a year now. I did a 3 month stint in Rehab and got on Kratom after being completely sober for over a year. I started taking Kratom cuz honestly I was really, really bored with my life and I missed the opiate buzz we all know and love.

Anyway I had the last of my Kratom yesterday and I feel like complete hell today.

Too make the withdrawals easier I did something extremely ghetto and dug 10 old bags of kratom out of the trash in my bedroom, rinsed them out with water to get the last of the powder, put it in a cup and microwaved it. Drinking cloudy water right now so that maybe the miniscule amount of alkaloids in the water will at least help with the chills bleh.

Anyone else kick this stuff and buy something at the store the makes it easier?

Just did a bit of searching. Going to have to try that Phenibut stuff if I can even find it in this town.

You'll feel much better in no more than two days, maybe a little bored. Some people say immodium helps. I don't know. I know phenibut would help if you could find it, but be careful not to use it for more than a couple days in a row, or take too much. And it takes about 2-3 hours to kick in. Kava would help, but its kind of hard to find "good" kava anywhere "local" that I'm aware of, but I don't know where you live or what kind of stores your town has. Hot baths help. Stretching helps. Eating helps. Drink water. Take melatonin for sleep, it REALLY does work. It's saved my ass when I've quit kratom, and you can find it at any drug store. Seriously. You'll be over the worst VERY soon, just keep remembering that, and punch your demons in the throat and decide to be strong.

Loperamide. Seriously. Phenibut is addicting as hell, be careful if you go that route. I don't advise it as you can feel much better with just loperamide.
