So I ran out of kratom for the first time in probably a year and Im experiencing some withdrawal symptoms. Im having some pressure/pain in my left temple when I lean my head in that direction...feel similar to sinus pressure and dizziness upon standing or doing anything remotely physical. I have read about this orthostatic hypotension but is it possible for it to be coupled with HYPERtension as well? Because this feels distinctly like high BP. I don't have a cuff near so I cant measure it but doesn't kratom produce rebound hypertension? This WD isn't bad AT ALL, slightly annoying but I am worried about my BP.
Anyway what I did for it is took CALM brand magnesium citrate and about 400 ml of fresh juiced beet. Beets acts as a potent calcium channel blocker in proper doses. BP can drop about 10 points for 24 hours . Any withing 10 minutes Im feeling a TON better and I go for a thirty minute walk. ALl of this helped tremendously. Im still a bit concerned about the hypertension and if anyones experienced this in rebound after stopping kratom? How long does this effect last? WHat did you do to lower your BP? I have access to etizolam and klonipin so I may take that as further precaution. But that's why Im here bluelight, some answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
