So,

Some background information. I used kratom for 2 months then took 2 months off. I had no issues whatsoever the first go around.
Wednesday I drank a good bit. Woke up Thursday and my order had arrived. I toss n washed 7g my normal dose. I have a bulging disc and this gives me all of the relief I need.

About 4 hours in (midnight) my pizza had arrived and I needed something in my stomach slightly nauseated. I ended up eating a good 6 slices of pizza with hot sauce and banana peppers. Two hours later I got a pretty bad ache in my abdomen up into my lower rib cage. Not enough to rush to the hosptial, but enough to make me lay down and try to relax. The next day it was still there slightly and subsided by 2pm. I went to rite aid and grabbed some stool softeners and some laxatives in the hope that it was just indigestion and/or constipation from the cheese and kratom on an empty stomach.

6 hours went by and I didn't pass anything, but gas. I decided to eat a salad with some hot sausage on it and blue cheese. Sure enough the pain started again and it wasn't as bad lasting a good 3 hours. No problems the rest of the night.
24 hours after taking the laxative and stool softener I finally was able to defecate.

I cannot see constipation or indigestion causing this sort of pain through my entire abdominal area and lower rib cage. Maybe the mixture of kratom which slows digestion already on top of being dehydrated and greasy cheese pizza was the culprit. My other concern is my liver being stressed from the alcohol, the fatty food, and the kratom combined. I also read things about kratom blocking your bile duct in your gallbladder. Since everything seems to be in order at the moment I'm going to eat a salad with a bunch of hot sauce just to see if it could just be a stomach ulcer. My stool wasn't black which pretty much rules out the ulcer and spicy foods being the cause but, it's worth a shot.

P.S. I hardly ever drink maybe twice a month. I used to smoke 20 grams a day of the synthetics jwh-018 hu-210 etc etc whatever I could get my hands on which people have also linked to liver problems which I've never had any before. At this point ready to give up the kratom and the booze altogether.

Any input would be awesome.

Can you describe the pain? Is it a burning/stinging sensation? Kratom is a very hydrophobic, gritty, dirt like powder that's pretty hard on the gastrointestinal tract when eaten whole, and not only irritates and prevents my ulcers from healing, but may have very well been the cause of them. I never had problems with stomach ulcers until I started TnW'ing kratom regularly. The fact that your pain started a few hours after eating and ingesting the kratom, and the location of the pain sounds in line with duodenal ulcers IMO.

Do you notice alot of bloating with the gas after ingestion? I know when my ulcer was at it's worse I would get alot of bloating with the pain. You can combat the stomach irritation by making a tea, which sounds like a hassle, but really isn't all that bad and can prevent any irritation of the GI tract. You can also make several doses at once, which should take no longer than 20mins or so. Another thing to consider is how alcohol can really ramp up stomach acidity causing irritation of the stomach lining, add a shitty, greasy diet some gritty kratom powder to the mix and you can expect a dramatic increase in irritation.

Instead of taking laxatives, go ahead and pick up a proton pump inhibitor. I believe extended release prilosec just hit the otc market if your in the US. Take this on an empty stomach and don't eat for at least an hour after ingestion. This should essentially cease stomach acid production allowing an irritated stomach to heal. Take this for at least a week and see how it pans out, you should definitely find relief, though you may also have to temporarily switch to kratom tea to further promote healing. If it makes you feel better, liver issues associated with kratom are extremely uncommon... and due to your circumstances an irritated stomach and/or duodenal ulcers sounds FAR more likely. If you have any more questions and details to add, go right ahead and do so :)

No burning or stinging massive aching. I've always made tea. I've only toss n washed twice. I also have put it in a protein shake before with no problems. I'm pretty sure I have a gallstone as the pain subsided and my upper right quadrant is still tender. Also having pain at my inner right shoulderblade. No yellowing of the skin, but if any symptoms are still occurring tomorrow I'm going straight to the ER. I am hoping it's just an ulcer, but the symptoms are too close to a gallstone to let it be.

I'm wondering if you're just simply becoming sensitive to spicy foods? If you look back at your post, you experienced pain after each spicy meal. Maybe hot foods are starting to give you heartburn/ indigestion?

Yeah if I had to guess all this sounds like gastrointestinal issues to the tee, but when you throw in upper right quadrant pain it gets a bit more tricky. I would bet cash that this isn't gallstones, but you can't throw out the possibility. The pain from my ulcers extends to the right side as well (across the duodenm) but it doesn't extend above maybe three inches below my nipple. I would still try the prilosec or nexium and see if you get relief, but you should still get this checked out anyways so you'll have answers if this happens again.

So if I were to dabble with the kratom again. Super hydrated and eat me tons of fibre. The tea... I've never bothered to strain the tea before. I always think somehow using a filter will be wasting some of the kratom goodness. I went through a good 220g with no issues at all. Then suddenly I'm just not able to drink it like I was before. any tips of lemon honey anything like that? I was using Sweet italian creamer a shot of that to mask the taste. Which unfortunately, has ruined my coffee now as it used to be my goto creamer. I'm going to try to start off smaller as well 2x2.5g doses spread an hour apart . I had intended to start making my own capsules, which arrived today. Not sure if I want to go that route as it's probably not the best way to consume if I'm having problems digesting the kratom.

P.s. I have a bulging disc in my l5-s1 I know pain and this was some serious pain hence why I didn't think it could be indigestion. I've never had a sensitive stomach.
Negative on the spicy foods once I had a BM I went ahead and covered a salad in hot sauce jalapenos and hot sausage to rule that out. Not a single inkling of discomfort.

If you've never bothered to strain the tea you litterally defeat the purpose of making it in the first place. Strain it with a t shirt folded over to make two layers and squeeze the remaining pulp dry, as long as you made the tea correctly you will lose a minuscule amount of alkaloid... like less than a gram worth, compensate by adding an extra gram to begin with. If your having possible digestive issues, lay off consuming the powder altogether, at least until you start to feel better and see if you can handle the powder again. If your sure it's your liver though, get checked out for peace of mind.
