Ok basically I had 2.5g extract and 5g leaf. Got 5 hours of effects. Can I dose once or twice a day at 5-8g or is this too much?

I've been dosing 14 grams of bali twice daily for years. Just don't be shocked when your tolerance goes up.
Yes you can take it twice in one day, though I find I need to wait at least 5 hours between doses. The effects of the first dose need to completely wear off before before the next dose will create effects.
Unfortunately you can't keep taking more and getting more effects; there is most definitely a ceiling.
