So I been using about 2mg of Suboxone for the past 30 days, will kratom help? How much? I've never done kratom before. Thank you

Yes it will help. I've alternated between Suboxone and kratom for a while. The good thing is they don't clash. In fact I was just reading the other thread where people said Suboxone doesn't block the effects of 7OH.

I recommend a red strain. It's not always true that red & yellow strains are 'slow' and green & white strains are 'fast', But it's generally a good rule of thumb. I recommend the good mood hippopotamus brand. That's not it's actual name, but if you search for happy and The abbreviated name of the animal I just mentioned, you'll find it. They have organic stuff and I like how they classify the varieties.

Id start with 4 grams, 5 times a day. And then work your way down. If You need more than that to start with, it's no problem. Because the good thing about kratom is you can take massive jumps. Some might tell you that's too much but that'll make it comfortable. It won't be perfect, like you'll have some unpleasantness but I've switched between the two many times and it'll help. You'll have some maybe mental unpleasantness and perhaps anxiety. You don't necessarily have to get the brand I mentioned above but I'm going to warn you that the crap you see in a lot of head shops and gas stations is garbage. The head shops sometimes have good stuff but this site is really strict about talking about brands so I can't mention them without getting my post removed and me banned or something. But the crap in the gas stations and an headshops has low potency and who knows how it was processed. Kratom is grown in many countries that don't have environmental laws. A lot of those rivers are polluted and the kratom plants are drinking that water. That's why I recommend the brand above because they do good testing.

Another urban legend That you might hear is kratom is bad for your liver. That is complete BS. I did kratom for a few years and then got a full blood work. My liver enzymes were in fantastic shape. I even surprised the doctor. Because I had been drinking alcohol on a regular basis, though not like alcoholic type levels.

Kratom is a double-edged sword though. It absolutely is addictive. I don't care what anyone says. If you do it for long enough, you'll feel it when you quit. But it is definitely milder in most ways to quit. It's very anxiety inducing when you quit, more than opioids. But hey your mileage will vary. Someone might come in here and say I'm full of shit. But that's been my experience so good luck and It should be a pretty smooth transition. Not perfect but short of getting clonidine and gabapentin and Xanax and whatever else, kratom is a great legal alternative.

I just took 45mg of 7-oh
Will that be enough you think??

Trying to quit suboxone and tried 7OH to get me through withdrawals, but the VERY short half life of 7OH is causing me to experience awful rebound wds like every night or morning (depending on last dose was AM or PM). I was hoping this would make the recovery process easier, but it seems to only be delaying it. It's been 6 days since my last dose of suboxone and to be fair, I've been suprisingly functional on a 10mg 7OH dose, and I've even managed to sleep almost every night which has historically been the most brutal and debilitating element of sub wd for me. However, I'm deeply concerned that if I stop 7OH the withdrawal symptoms will come back full force like a freight train and I'll be back where a started a week ago. I'm kind of freaking out about it and kicking myself for thinking this might be a shortcut or hack for painless wd because as I said the symptoms over the past 6 days have been suprisingly mild. However, yesterday I took no 7OH after having taken like 10 to 15mg for the prior 4 days to get through the peak wd, but by night time I was hurting badly and I had to take 5mg just to get a few hours of sleep and make the pain in my legs go away. I had to take another 5mg this morning too because the pain came back as soon as I woke up. Usually by day 6 I'm over the worst of it, but after the major rebound last night, and this morning, I'm panicking. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried using 7OH to get through suboxone withdrawals and if the rebound is short lived or worse than cold turkey. Also, please let me know if anyone has any advice as to what I should do. To be perfectly clear, I'll NEVER touch a sub or any opiate again EVER no matter what. Also, I absolutely refuse to swap one dependency for another. At the same time though, I’m just really hoping that I'm not simply delaying the inevitable and that I won't be back at square one after I run out of the 7OH (I have 40mg left out of 100). This was supposed to be a temporary crutch to help me get through the first 7 to 10 days off of sub without the extended period of agonizing pain and insomnia. If it comes back full force I'm gonna be devastated. I took time off from work for this and I have a life that I need to get back to. I really can't afford to be incapacitated for another 7 to 10 days on top of the 6 I've already taken off.

You're definitely going to be dopesick when you quit taking 7 oh. Don't be surprised if you're more dopesick from the 7 oh than the suboxone. There is no free ride, the piper always has to be paid.

Yea I came to this painful realization yesterday and it was a tough pill to swallow, but I feel better today and I am willing to do whatever it takes to heal naturally without any crutch. Will it be much shorter at least and do you think a taper down to like 2 mg per day will be effective? Or should I just throw out the 35mg I have left and just face the inevitable? The short half life seems like a double edged sword. Being thrust into such violent wds every 8 hours or so is a new and extremely distressing experience for me. I just wanted something to help me sleep while I kick the bupe and I've been just taking the bare minimum to sleep at night and mitigate the worst symptoms during the day, but it wears off so fast that it's causing me extreme distress. Any advice is appreciated.

It took a year to the week from my being introduced to 7OH aka 7-hydroxymitragynine and/or Pseudoindoxyl, that at that time saved my ass because of running out of my Rx meds in Hawaii with 3 very active, physically and psychologically challenging days left to go, that would have otherwise been a DISASTER of EPIC proportions, one year from the introduction to realize I am in DEEP shit.
For so MANY months, at least 8 or 9 months out of the last 12, it was a money saving alternative to buying other people's Rx meds when mine ran out early. Cheaper, stronger by the MG to MG, and legal, readily available.
BUT
In the last 3 months the short span of effectiveness along with major tolerance and just the initial ONSET of WDs sucking BAD, especially when I have to work, my spending really shot up to an uncomfortable level.
The FIVE ALARM FIRE was when I left the state on a 4 day job and between being on the road 10 hours, on my feet all day, having only 3 days to finish (on a timetable) and I discovered I was HAVING TO dose every 2-3 hours OVERNIGHT and all day, over 100mg of 7OH plus 7mg of pseudo in EVERY dose.
I just did a 100% flip back to my Rx meds yesterday, but I'm taking the Rx meds at THREE times my prescribed dose.

So I been using about 2mg of Suboxone for the past 30 days, will kratom help? How much? I've never done kratom before. Thank you
Yes 100 percent. Any strain or color will work especially for 2 mg sub. Take a teaspoon with a little warm water. If you need more take another teaspoon. You might need only one or you might need 4 teaspoons, leveled. It takes 3 months of daily multiple uses to start getting hooked on kratom. I mean to where there is no doubt. about 3 solid months. Kratom will help 98 percent.
