Misc Kratom False positive for methadone?

Ok so I always thought of kratom as a safe legal untested for drug that never wields false positives. I have court on Monday and am doing a plee to go on probation.

So I was looking up about kratom last week (and assumed like it always had been in the past) verifying no false positives. But I seen a bunch of new forum threads online about kratom giving false positives for methadone and that it was probably caused of spiked kratom from companies spraying them down with research chemicals.

So now I've been really paranoid to take kratom (was taking almost daily for a couple months up until last week and a regular user for 3 years) I don't want my kratom spiked in case they drug test me Monday (I'm not sure if they're gonna do that or just make an appointment for a later date).

What do you think the odds are about getting kratom false positives for methadone? Anyone use while on probation or during other drug tests? I do get from a headshop which most people say is more shady but they also sell ground leaves not in capsules that they get in, and sell for super cheap in bulk (like they're just ordering offline too). I could ask their vender they usually are open about it?

I'm kinda fiending out but also way paranoid now lol. So any advice. I'm not taking any other drugs or substances right now, legal or not.
 
What's the harm in waiting a bit to take it in order to possibly circumvent a huge pain?
 
It just seems like so weird that it must be a myth? Kratom isn't chemically similar to methadone at all. Most reports I've seen of the false positives the user is taking more than just the kratom and who knows what was really spiked or if they're even being honest? I'd rather just know off the bat instead of worrying about this for the next 2 years if this isn't something that really never happens. I would think with all the people that take this while on probation there would be more than a couple reports besides the hundreds of other reports that come up clean. Or maybe I can just drug test myself after taking the kratom I'm not sure. I really can't imagine a vender spiking their kratom, it wouldn't even be profitable sense a lot of it's users take it to avoid it showing up in drug tests.
