Harm Reduction Kratom Dosage for Capsules...Sorry couldn't find it in the Kratom mega thread

What is the milligram dosage for kratom capsules. Also do you reccomend kratom capsules? If not what are better ways for ingesting Kratom. <snip>

I don't really understand the capsule question. The density of kratom will vary greatly if that helps. The wide range of potency makes even a known density/mass/volume pretty much moot though.

Regarding ways for ingesting it "toss and wash" is my favourite - plant matter in mouth and wash down with water. "Parachuting" (wrapping the powder in thin tissue and swallowing for it to unfold/dissolve in your stomach) is what people who can't handle the taste often do. I've eaten it in apple sauce as well which was quite yummy (others say quite gross) but prefer it on a completely empty stomach.

This type of question would belong in the mega The Kratom Thread but I think there'll be conflicting conversations so I'll leave it alone.
