So been on Kratom for three years for chronic pain great stuff saved the day for a long time.
Now my Doctor finally realizes I need pain management that isn't through the internet. Picking up a script on Tuesday for I assume Oxycodone or Vicodin.
The big problem is I cannot feel ANY opiate except the rare rare occasion when some PST is extremely strong and blasts through. I'm now going on 32 hours without Kratom. Made some intense PST got quite sedated zero real pain relief.
What can I do aside from abstain from Kratom to get pain killers to work well again. It's really depressing.
Going to dose with DXM nightly as I definitely notice a difference when doing so.
Any idea how long this will take ? Mad at myself.
