Kratom and tramadol

Hi. The dr gave me tramadol. I took 300 mg yesterday, throughout the day. It doesn't work. Can I take kratom after 24 hours off tram? I need pain relief, which drs hardly give.

Tell the doc the trams dont work and make you antsy. Trams work on serotonin receptors which can make people on edge. Not gonna say he will switch u to a real opiate tho
