What would happen if one were to take 3.5 grams of maeng da kratom then took 20 mg of oxycodone 8 hours later? Would the mix be dangerous? Would the oxy be not as strong since kratom was taken earlier or would it not make much of a difference since the oxycodone has a stronger binding affinity? Thanks in advance.

Just don’t take one while the other is in effect.
You will not build tolerance that fast. Most likely you will have an afterglow with the kratom that will mix nicely with the oxycodone.

Thanks for the quick reply psychedelic jay! I was just curious as I've never had much experience redosing opioids I'm the same day but I've read people say that it is never that good the second time in a day... But since the first dose was with a low amount of kratom I wasn't sure if it would diminish the effects like a dose of oxy in the morning would. One way to find out but I hope your right lol it would be nice if they mixed synergistically rather than blocking some of the effects
