Do MAOIs like harmaline interact with kratom alkaloids. I can’t seem to find anything definitive. Only harmaline being used to help with withdrawals.

I'm not 100% sure but I would assume that some of the alkaloids do interact, and probably negatively. It's not something that I would risk.

I don't think its been studied, but some kratom alkaloids do have a serotonergic effect so I'd be cautious with MAOIs and anything else like it.
Anecdotally, I can say that taking other serotonergics like 5htp with kratom can be quite dysphoric, but ultimately proved safe.
