Harm Reduction Kratom and Lorazepam

Hello all,

Wondering if a ~30g/day kratom user would be safe to take .5-2mg of lorazepam? 30g kratom is spread throughout the day in 4-6mg doses.

Can they be taken together, or wait X hours?
