The first time I did kratom I did 5 grams of powdered Bali and felt great. The next day I took the same amount and felt good but not as great. Yesterday I took 7 grams and felt great. From your experiences (I know we all react a little differently) How much should one take to feel great?

You've just said 7 grams made you feel great. Are these doses 3 days in a row? If they are you really should slow down as your tolerance is going to soar extremely quickly.

lol, ^ this is correct...

Tolerance will build with kratom and the only way to avoid it growing too high is to take breaks. No other way to avoid it... okay, as with opioids NMDA antagonsits might help, but I don't know if they will work as well on kratom's alkaloids, although it wouldn't surprise me. But even then, an NMDA antagonist regime still does not work as well as taking a break if what you want to do is prevent your tolerance getting out of control.

If it's the same batch all three times then clearly 7mg makes you feel great. You said that yourself, nobody knows how you feel more than you do.

So you've used three times, and took a week break after the second time? I mean, you need as much kratom as you need, and it varies according to a lot of things (such as when you ate, when you last took kratom/opioids, what kind of kratom, the consistency of the kratom you got, etc. etc.).

I think you're question as to how much is a proper dosage of kratom would be better asked in Basic Drugs. OP, you should check out the page on erowid.org about kratom - it has dosing guidelines: http://www.erowid.org/plants/kratom/kratom_dose.shtml

Thanks. I just re-read my question and it makes no sense. LOL. Sorry. I'll try and clarify my questions better next time.

This thread isn't really OD material, and I'm not going to merge it with the megathread because it's just simply incredibly basic and you seem to have answered your own question...

OD is a HR forum not a "what should I/Do you take to feel great" forum.

Please read the OD guidelines and the BLUA.
