Benzos kpinx and restoril solubility

so i've heard that they are bot h soluble in acetone...so I added some acetone with a bit of water from my needle and stirred. i did this with both drugs. every time i tried to do this there would still be a crazy amount of powder just laying at the bottom and the needle refuses to take in ANY liquid because it is more like thick than regular liquids. how do you do this correctly? also, how does one then extract the acetone? or are you supposed to mainline nail polish remover? sorry if this seems like a dumb question but i'm just confused.

i think you extract the acetone by evaporation, like with most other basic extractions. also, trying to extract them to IV is such a bad idea. just don't do it, it's a waste of time, drugs and energy, it's stupid, and dangerous, and finally:

You have to consider how little of the pill is active ingredient, so even if you are to successfully dissolve the clonazepam or temazepam there is still going to be a lot of powder left at the bottom. 1mg of clonazepam isn't even visible, and depending on the solubility of the various inactive ingredients the majority of the pill may be left as a solid even if the clonazepam has dissolved into the solution.

I am not surprised the the syringe is not drawing up the solution. I would think that the only way to draw it up is through a micron filter, and that's what you should be using anyway when preparing pills for injection. This thread goes into it, but it's short and I don't know how credible it is.

You are not supposed to IV the acetone, and if you are dead set on IVing clonazepam or temazepam then I suggest using a different solvent.

Not to preach, but you are a young guy still. If you are trying to IV benzos (despite all the reasons not to) at age 19 then you have a long dark road ahead of you. Please take a step back and look at this from another standpoint.

Evaporating acetone is relatively quick and will not take any clonazepam / temazepam with it. They don't evaporate.

Adding to Big fan's comment, consider temazepam jellies. They were gelcaps with a temazepam solution inside. They were taken off the market for a very good reason: people injected them. The solutes in the solution didn't dissolve in blood, so when injected, the water-insoluble crap "crashed out", clogging blood vessels and leading to amputations. Don't go down that road.

yeah, i've pretty much decided not to go about shooting them without a micron filter which i don't have so the point is moot i guess.

Being insoluble in water, it wouldn't get through the filter in the first place. Just give up on this one.

clonazepam and temazepam = not IV-able.

go and find midazolam tabs, its the only one.

or go find ampoules/vials of other benzos, diazepam/lorazepam. i havent bought/tried any others and i dont think they exist, maybe one more benzo that i cant remember at the moment.
but midazolam you can iv the tabs, they are completely water soluble. find 15mg ones, those are bangers if you know what i mean %)
