I dunno if its normal, but kpins relax me. Except when I get upset. Then I get extremely angry. I don't think this is normal is it? I mean they work for anxiety perfectly well. But it turns my anger into extreme anger.
 
I think what happens is your threshold for caring about your actions is so low that you act out just because your brain doesn't know any better......since you are a girl I know it's not testosterone.

No benzos, except for clonazepam, causes this reaction for me. It isn't like alcohol where I would fight anyone. But it really amplifies whatever is annoying me.

So I completely agree with you, it doesn't put me in a fury but it amplifies my anger (or irritation I guess) more than a lot of drugs.

The other benzos I tried just knocked me on my ass. Xanax makes me not care, but I'm just so tired I don't do anything. Atavian makes me fall straight asleep, no worries at all.

I have not tried other benzos. Its working okay it just seems a bit odd this would happen.

I get irritated a lot faster. Stimulants allow me to be like "I know what I'm doing I got this" and just call my mom a bitch while doing what she asked me, but kpins make me just wanna argue back and do nothing. For instance today my mom told me her boyfriend wouldn't call at night anymore so I'm like what kind of man is he? He does fucking still call but I wouldn't care if he wouldn't have lied. She starts arguing and pointing out my flaws and I go hey we're not talking about me, two wrongs don't make a right. Earlier that day I was helping everyone in my math class cheat by giving them the answers, and the girl next to me seemed to really like me too, then again I dunno if thats due to the kpins or just me doing shit. I took it at night so it might have been a placebo effect, the half life does say 30 hours, but I don't know the therapeutic duration.
 
No real benzo fans like it, but I love phenazepam......I hated xanax, valium, temazepam,......but phenazepam if taken in lite doses allows me to fly through my work day and doesn't give me that tired feeling.
 
k-pins are my favorite benzo and i've been addicted to benzos (and opiates) for a long time.. it also makes my anger escalate if someone pisses me off (once ended up with aggravated assault w/ deadly weapon just cuz simply i didn't care :\ .) did a year in jail.. i cared then. but im back on k-pins and the reason is to taper off a very high tolerance to benzos caused by phenazepam worked my way down to only 3mg/day :) and nothing bad has happened this time. and like the other poster said, phenazepam is great.. my #1 benzo is k-pins #2 is phenazepam.. i guess i just love long acting benzos and opiates ( my opiate is suboxone, legally prescribed BTW lol ).. but yeah rage is a side effect of benzos for a lot of people.

I've tried xanax, klonopin, ativan, restoril, etizolam, and diazepam. I dunno why but I think Valium was my best choice. It was more of a relaxing benzo while the rest seem to sedate me more than needed. I like klonopin, but so far my prescription isn't really what I remembered it to be. Its awfully sedating, moreso than xanax was, but its been awhile since I had xanax. I think I am going to switch back to diazepam 20mgs. I dunno if me and restoril are right for each other at night time, but I don't know what I could replace it with as I have pretty much stopped smoking weed for over a week now.


I have heard of more people going bananas on klonopin than other benzos tbh. It's happened to me more than once, along with xanax in second place. It really depends on your mood before you take your meds. If you're bummed you'll probably remain bummed, unless you take a higher than normal dose which usually is retarded.
 
xanax makes me rage sometimes over the stupidest things.

i got in a huge fight with my mom once for her not picking up her phone and i even left the house.

i rarely even argue with my mom. it seems to happen to my friends as well.

we call it bar rage.
 
Thats funny, I have NEVER heard of anyone becoming agitated while under the influence of any significant amount of benzos. I dont understand how this could cause someone to become full of "rage". Maybe you can just get so fucked up, so belligerent, that you fail to have control over your basic mood functions in the brain.

What is the length of time that Klonopin works? My doctor prescribed me 2x .5mg Klonopins daily to be taken at two intervals. Maybe I was just being a dick if they don't work so long. I took it when I couldn't sleep, I found it non sedating, but helps me sleep, its not a knockout like Lorazapam or Xanax NIGHT BAI, its more like ah I'm chill as fuck now.
 
well, the half life of clonazepam(klonopin) is ~35 hr's.....it varies from person to person slightly.....so it should last a long time in your system.....I notice the actual effects of the klonopin for only about 12 hrs.
 
Sorry it's off topic, but you're really prescribed dexedrine and the kpins by the same doc?
