Arms. Tricep/back area.

There are knots in the same spot on each arm. One.

If they are played with at all they begin to itch extremely... itching/strange sensations extending, radiating around the area. Painful as well directly. The slightest touch at times can send these painful and itchy sensations around. Almost like some kind of insect bite/poison ivy sensation.

No pain if not messed with.

I have thought it could be a gland... or knot of some kind on the tendon. I guess it is something to ask a doctor about... But was wondering if anyone has any idea.

I've thought it could be some kind of a nerve issue. Or castlemans disease. Or cancer. But the bumps don't get bigger. It has been going on for at least 5 years. I don't know.

They can only be felt, that I know of. I don't think anything looks abnormal on viewing the skin. Not sure others don't have the same "knot"/nodule.

You most likely have trigger points in your tendons/muscle tissue. They can have a symmetrical profile as well. I would look into trigger point therapy - its really simple practice you can do at home to help alleviate the "knot"
