benzobuddies.org is a wealth of knowledge for taper plans , and half lifes and everything you need to know about a nice and smooth taper. i recovered from a huge whale of a xanax habit, on the bright side imo you kinda are in the shallow end where dosage is concerned
but be that what it may benzos could rip you apart at any dose
just keep it slow
and try not to get fucked up on anything while you taper, alcohol screws with it big time,

yeah,echoing the don't switch to alcohol thing.
I did that for a while.
I quit benzo's CT and started drinking booze 24/7.
I was dying fast.
right now I only want weed and when I get money again I'm right at the pot club.
the Kush is calling.
but that's me.weed can cause psychosis and replacement "therapy"is not always smart.
