Klonopin for stimulant comedowns

Going to take MDMA/x-stimulant over the weekend. Was wondering if anyone has experience using klonopin to rid the comedown? Will it work as well as xanax?
 
Never taken MDMA but clonazepam is a good benzo for me. It's not as quick acting as lorazepam and it doesn't seem to hit as hard, but I find it very sedating and it lasts a lot longer.

Not that long ago I had all three of the major benzos in one day, alprazolam, lorazepam, and clonazepam. That was interesting though I still prefer one benzo with some alcohol as it makes me a lot more social than just benzo soup.
 
as effective as xanax? absolutely not. xanax is the comedown king. but like everyone else is saying, kpin will work damn well too.
 
Clonazepam's extended half-life, compared to Alprazolam, would make it preferable in my opinion; that is if you have equal amounts. Ie. if I had to choose 1mg of either Alprazolam or 1 mg Clonazepam, then I'd certainly take the clonazepam. However, if the amount of the substance isn't an issue then perhaps the Alprazolam may be better sought after sicne (at least in imo) it works faster.
 
Think that the general consensus here is that it would work for a stim comedown, I have never used clonazepam myself for stim comedowns, but have used a number of other benzos, including alprazolam, diazepam and midazolam. I have to rank diazepam and alprazolam as the best two, diazepam because it lasts a longer time and takes care of most of the comedown, alprazolam because it seems to act faster and takes the edginess away a lot quicker and better than diazepam does.
