Klonopin and Xanax or just Klonopin, help.. metal shavings in eye, going crazy

So i got metal shavings in my eye while grinding downa bulkhead. Anyways, my tolerance has been 4mg at a time at bedtime, but im looking to get a little bit twisted... and go out with friends like a normal person, i cant DO ANYTHING as i also fell off a truck, and got hit with a metal pole accidently in the head in the same spot.

how much more would i have to take, because as it seems my tolerance has run out at the moment at the 4mg mark. 5mg? 5.5mg? let me know.. ty

I also have 2.5mg of xanax that i could throw in the mix..

Im really sick of not being able to sleep, and I am definitely not asking my doctor if i can up my meds like that because he is an addiction doctor. So i'm asking you guys for help

ps: i wont be drinking, and the only time i ever feel good is at night time when i take these fucking things to help me sleep.. i usually stay up for a hour or two and chill out.. please help.

ouch...sorry about the shavings. sounds painful. anyhow, your tolerance is 4 mg of Kpin im assuming? if so, you have a fairly high tolerance so to catch a buzz and get some good sleep id say 6-8 mg of Kpin or conversely, try 6 mg Kpin plus the 2.5 of Xanax...you get the super fast acting Xanax and the Kpin will last a long time so you wont crash. I belive both are about equipotent, with perhaps one being ever so slightly stronger than the other. be safe.

Benzos wouldn't do much for the pain, maybe a bit for any muscle soreness.
You'd be best getting some form of painkiller if you can ;)
Oh, I just saw the bit about him being an addiction doctor. Maybe you could get something in the form of an NSAID (Ibuprofen et. al.) - It might help a bit.

As for Benzo dosing, I'd suggest around 5-6mg of Clonazepam and then you could add some Alprazloam if you need that little extra "boost" ;)

i was addicted to pain killers.. i really dont want them. i take suboxone now.. havent touched anything else in almost 3 years. thank you guys for your help!
 
I was gonna tell you that if you go to the doctor, for something like that, you'll probably get Rx'd a narcotic but yea. Try Aleve?

I was prescribed Percocet after I got wood chips in my eye.
 
Yea, you should definatly go to a dr. I got poked in the eye with a christmas tree earlier this year and got a corneal abrasion.. it sucked... I got eyedrops and some pain meds.. your condition sounds more serious.. if you havent been to a dr you really should go if it gets infected or you damaged something it could really be bad!!! i am absolutely not going back on pain killers

i just wanted to know how to have a little bit of relief with the klonopin.

anyways, last night i took 4.5-5mg of klonopin and a little bit of xanax.. it seems my tolerance has taken the best of me..

i found some more xanax.. i have 4.5 mg of xanax.. im going to either tonight try..

1mg klonopin + 4.5mg of xanax
or 6mg of klonopin

Just make sure that you don't become addicted to benzos. Benzo w.d. is far worse and more dangerous than opiate w.d.
 
Have you considered asking for the numbing eye drops? I know it slows down the healing process (not sure that this is true) and dr's don't like to script them for that reason... but it might help you even if the numbies only last an hour or so. In your condition there has to be something other than benzos and pain meds to help you out... Maybe try ibuprofen?
 
If you still have metal shavings in your eyes use a strong magnet like a rare earth magnet to pull the metal shavings out of your eye. I've seen it work before, just be careful. You might not want to try this if the metal is embedded deep in your pupil or cornea, you may have to have it surgically removed.
 
i didnt even get relief from 6 mg so i said fk it and i brought my tolerance down from 5mg to 3mg.. what do you think i'd geta good feelin offa in order to get some sleep tonight eh? 5mg?

i also had to raise my suboxone causea the pain ( i only take a quarter dose anyways) but thats alrght.

Im quite familiar with my narcotics however im not familar of tolerance nd how much higher to go when "youre not feelin' it"
 
and the magnet thing, lol. no, not possible. i see the head eye doctor who established the clinic and 4 other eye doctors for possible miscontrusions and they all have their own opinion of my eye. none has a conclusive answer at the moment. and yea, magnets work for filings usually.

my father got a filing stuck in his eye, they opted for surgeyr, it rusted, his eye turned orange, and it was 50% chance to lose his eyesight. they came out a year later. he also got stung by a wasp in the same eye lol. hes ok tho lol

anyways, yea, back to my post up above this one. i brough tmy tolerance down to 3mg and wanna know how much to traise my dose to get a good feeling again
5-6mg???

and would you guys suggest that i maybe switch to xanax, ativan, bromazepam ( or name a benzo here)
if this tolerance issue becomes a problem
