klonopin .5BID or 1QD?

well hello, my BDD brethren!

anyone care to tell me if they have found taking 1mg kpin is as good as taking .5BID, ie does 1mg last all day or would you need to redose?
 
It lasts quite awhile, but not 24 hours. Personally I'd try to get it prescribed 1mgBID, then take a whole pill before bed, half of one in the morning, the other half after work or school.
