Quetiapine (Seroquel) is prescribed for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder and off-label for several things. If you have schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, I would strongly encourage you to take at least the Seroquel as prescribed.

Both do not require a consistent blood plasma level for an extended period of time to be effective.
