i'd have to go with immodium. if you take like 200 of them you can get a decent buzz and not shit for days.

Another reason for the increase in prescribing 'done for chronic pain is that OxyContin has gotten such a bad name the docs are cautious to prescribe it.

pentazocine gives a good rush when IVd. as for IMing the shit I dont cause hallucinations of scary and somewhat flesh-eating nature manefest. It truly creates some weird mind sets slash nods.

for pure euphoria that lasts, morphine/heroin.
for one hell of a rush: hydromorphone.
for a neat sort of stimulating weird opiate high: tramadol...its really kinda neat IMHO, how it wakes you up, lifts yuor modd, and gives you a buzz all at once.
for the hedonistic pleasure that includes the whole ritutal of taking it: opium...its such a wonderful smoke out of a nice pipe, and its just a morphine buzz, so its really nice.
for cheap and easy to get. codeine. its OTC here and 4.95 for 800mg. Cant argue with that, even if it somewhat lame and weak.
for sheer awesomeness of its stats, Carfentanil...10,000x potency of fentanyl

there is no 100% clear cut winner IMHO.
 
The two hardest opiates/oids I've ever tried are OC and Heroin. Never IV'ed before. Just not my bag. I must say that money wise, in the evansville/lousville area, heroin is ten times better. And 30 dollars worth (a tenth bag) got me so much more fucked than oxy ever has even doing 150+mg of the stuff. I'm sure my tolerance isn't as high as most of you guys though. Oh, and I just snorted the H too, which I'm sure was stomped to kingdom come anyway. But me and my girl couldn't even carry on a conversation and for some reason out of nowhere I said to her that we should have tried out for american idol. Don't ask me why. Don't know where that one came from. Dont even watch the show. Oxy has never made me that dumb. It just makes me pass out with a cigarette in my hand so I burn my shirt, boxers, my friend's cat's fur coat, etc.
 
Of the opioids I haven't had but consider better than anything I have?

3,6-dipropanoyl-morphine

and ketobemidone.
