kinda scared and not sure what to do

I am a meth addict and I shoot. I have been clean since the beginning of March but relapsed a few days ago. On Friday I ended up relapsing but I did not shoot I smoked it. Saturday and Saturday night where the same smoked it everything wasok then early this morning I decided to do a shot this was approximately around 5 am. I did 12cc with 5cc water. I didn't miss and evrything seemed normal then about 10 min later I got very sick and went and threw up. Now I know this isn't always unusual but I since have not been able to stop puking and nothing is coming up justdry heaving. I Haven't eatin today but have been drinking lots of water. I feel much better when I stay still. Also my lower abdomen hurts very bad and my upper back on my inner shoulder blades is very stiff and tight causing some pain. My breathing is ok a little harder due to the tightness. Also I started spotting today it was a very dark brown. I am currently on the depo shot, which if anyone is wondering what this is it is a type of birth control. I have been on this same birth control and I have never had a period or spotted of any kind while on it. So spotting is very unusual for me. I have been a meth addict for the past 6 yeas and for the most of that I shot it and I have never in my whole using career experienced anything like the stuff going on today. If anyone knows what could be going on I would very much appreciate it. I'm a little freaked out and need to know if this is normal or not. Thanks
