kick boxing

i signed up for a trial kick boxing class. i have always been intrigued by the idea of kick boxing, but i am horribly uncoordinated and nervous about whether or not i can keep up.

i also have a silly fear that everyone will be in super good shape and look way better than me and laugh. but i think i need to get over that fear if i am ever going to get in better shape.
 
Kudos to you for being brave enough to give it a try! I'm also really uncoordinated (I trip over my own feet most days) and I'd be terrified of making an ass of myself. I'm sure you'll do fine though. Just think that a lot of the people there are there for the same reasons as you and they're probably equally nervous.
